Hi! Our terms and conditions are pretty simple: -You're responsible for your well-being at Rad Summer events! We're not responsible for any bodily or emotional harm you may incur. We provide security at our events as a courtesy and at the request of our venues and artists. -You agree to be photographed, filmed, and have your likeness presented in Rad Summer audio/visual productions. -No refunds, except upon event cancellation or rescheduling. If an event is rescheduled, all tickets may be refunded at buyer's request, but will otherwise be transferred to the new date/time. Tickets are non-transferrable. -Proper respect for perfoming artists, venue, attendees and event staff is necessary. If you're acting like an asshole we very well may kick you out. Should you incur any damage to the event assets (musical instruments and hardware, the physical venue itself, etc.) you'll be required to compensate the owner(s) of said assets. -No illegal substances or underage attendees are allowed (age will be specified on individual event descriptions). |
